Before anything else, please complete our short medical eligibility form. This helps determine whether treatment may be appropriate and allows us to move forward safely.

Choose your medication and quantity

The quantity (30, 60, or 90 tablets)
Optional: If you’d like guidance, you can book a telehealth visit and your provider will recommend the appropriate treatment. If approved, your prescription will be issued after the visit.

Complete Your Full Medical Intake (Tamvoes Secure Portal)
After checkout, start your intake from the button on your confirmation page or the link in your confirmation email.
Your intake is completed in Tamvoes, our secure EHR partner. We can’t prescribe or ship medication until it’s finished.
You’ll:

Complete intake steps (health history, medications, ID verification)
Tip: Check junk/spam if you don’t see the email.

Provider Review and Prescription
Once your Tamvoes profile is complete, a licensed provider will review your information.
If treatment is appropriate:

Your prescription will be issued

Your medication will be sent to our partner pharmacy for dispensing
You’ll be notified once your review is complete. If treatment is not appropriate, you’ll be notified and handled according to our refund policy.
